Please provide your One Harmony membership number when making a reservation and at the time of use.
Point earning methods and the number of points awarded may vary depending on the hotel, facility, or stay plan.
Some restaurant usage at certain hotels and stays at Nikko Alliance Hotels are not eligible for points or stay credit.
Group rates, special contract rates, private room charges, floral arrangements, and other additional services are also excluded.
You can earn miles at select group restaurants outside the hotel (banquet use excluded). See eligible restaurants here.
